Peter Graf, born in 1975 in Salzburg, Austria. Author and Publisher. Education and experience: Graduation of Hotel Management School Klessheim, Law School University of Salzburg and SMBS Salzburg Management and Business School. Extensive working experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Business. I have been involved in the restaurant business for more than 25 years and have created numerous business plans, financial models, and Excel templates. I was also involved in the successful startup of the »republic café« in Salzburg in 2001. We managed the turnaround of a stressed business and built it into a successful operation with about 50 employees and more than 2 million Euros in sales per year.
